There is no technical integration needed, no IT development needed.


Technical ‘To Do’ List:

Customer to provide BWH with a BeWorkHappy@(name customer) logo

BWH will create a tenant space on the server for this customer under the URL
https://(name customer).beworkhappy.com or https://(name customer).beworkhappy.us
this link will be posted on customer’s website under the joint BWH logo
This means that from the upload of a résumé also the analysis, the matching, the presentation of jobs to candidates
and of candidates to jobs will all be done on BWH’s servers (Amazon cloud)

Customer to provide BWH access to job database
For more details : see our documentation ‘How can you deliver us your job data ?’

BWH will offer customer a website where he can check all matches + details, upload résumés, …
URL : (name customer)@beworkhappy.com/recruiters

If customer wants an integration between BWH’s customer site (see above) with his own ATS or résumé-database
this can be developed by the customer on the basis of our Rest API.

Upon request of the customer we can add his existing résumé database to this platform – at a (low) cost or
eventually for free as a commercial gesture

Personalization


The BWH recruitment tool on their website (or facebook page or any other online presence) will be ‘personalized’
as follows:
BeWorkHappy@(name customer) logo
Key color(s) of customer’s logo as lead color(s) in all designs (see examples on next page)
Links to social media in footer of page to customer’s social media accounts
